Your apartment will undergo a full maintenance inspection and repairs will be made if needed, it will be professionally painted and cleaned including the carpet.

You do not have to be present unless you would like to be. However, if you have any minors under the age of 18 in the household, an adult over the age of 18 must be present with them for a service technician to be able to perform work. If you have pets, they must be kenneled or in a safe place, both to not disturb them (the pets,) and so that the pets/animals will not be able to approach our service technicians, especially if they are prone to; or have a history of aggression.

Yes. Our maintenance team is on site Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM; however, our on-call techs are available after hours for emergencies.

During office hours, on-site maintenance will be able to assist, as well as the office staff. However, after hours you will need to call a locksmith..

We have ample open, unassigned parking spots throughout the community. Please call the leasing office for details and availability of detached garages.

We love furry family members! Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, and Chows are restricted. Dalmatians, Akitas, German Shepherds, Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes are allowed with a good canine certification. All service and emotional support animals are welcome. 2 pets maximum, 80lb total weight limit. No restrictions on cats other than 2 maximum. No pets other than dogs or cats are allowed; no fish tanks, birds, reptiles, rodents, etc. Please contact the leasing office for details on pet fees.

Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Our apartments do not come furnished, but we can work with a few great furniture rental companies and our staff can help you get squared away!

Generally, 1-2 days, as long as we have all necessary documents (proof of income, rental verification, etc.) Sometimes out-of-state background checks can take a little bit longer.

We are paperless! Rent can be paid by visiting the Elevated Living/Tiburon Ridge Experience app OR by logging into your resident portal online at the Tiburon Ridge website (www.tiburonridge.com.) We have also partnered with Flex rent pay, which is a tool to help our residents split their rent into separate, smaller payments if needed, and if qualified. Visit https://getflex.com/ for details.

Renters Insurance is not required. Instead, as an alternative method of protecting the property from damage caused by resident liability/negligence, a $14 resident liability/negligence charge is billed each month. Please know that our property insurance DOES NOT cover your personal items for any reason.

Your apartment home comes completely equipped and installed with Cox high-speed internet/wi-fi at 250 MPS. You can connect on move in day! If you wish to obtain a different speed of internet, or cable, you can contact Cox Communities at 1-855-512-887 to do so. Residents that wish to obtain a different speed of internet or cable are responsible for the separate account and charges through Cox.

Residents may terminate their lease if the conditions outlined in the lease agreement are met. Please contact the leasing staff/property manager for more information.

You will need to set up electricity with OPPD. You can do so by calling 402-536-4131 or by visiting https://www.oppd.com/. Everything else is billed from us.

No utilities are included in rent.

The metro bus service does not visit our area, but school buses do. Our community is located conveniently off of highway 370 with close interstate (I-80) access.
